She was personable, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining her services and how they can be tailored to exactly what we needed. There was even a new feature that HoneyBook rolled out ... she did all the research and learned exactly how to maximize it in the workflows we were creating. I truly appreciated that so much. Before working with Karly, we used probably 10% of what HoneyBook had to offer. We were doing so many key processes like creating proposals and generating contracts manually for every new lead. "The transformation Karly provided me was second to none. She went above and beyond explaining the process out step by step. And she was available to me as needed after to assist with anything I may have had. Karly's work allows for a more fluid process onboarding potential clients, leaving me more time to focus on my own clients' work. Before working with Karly, my onboarding was extremely manual. I did not even have a contact form. I would just schedule calls with prospective clients without knowing any sort of background on them. Each step of my onboarding required another email to be prepared and sent, leading to me spending hours onboarding clients without actually working on what needed to be done.
