HoneyBook Turnkey Setup
This service is for business owners who want to bring in a professional to strategically set up their HoneyBook with their specific client experience in mind. Our turnkey setups cover everything you need for your HoneyBook. We use your brand info to create branded, custom Smart Files to speak to your clients and streamline your communication, plus all of the other assets you will need to use HoneyBook to its fullest potential. Once your setup is complete, you will receive training and client support for two weeks. Our starting rate includes the strategy, asset creation, and automations for up to 3 workflows.

This is ideal for business owners who have most of their assets already in HoneyBook or have the time to implement suggestions based on our call but know they’re not utilizing it to its full potential. This includes a two-hour recorded call with our team to review your current assets and automations and make recommendations based on your client experience goals. You will receive the recording, a list of action items in order of when to create them, and an optimized workflow spreadsheet.

At SB, we offer retainers working with one of our Client Experience Managers. You work one-on-one with a dedicated CEM for your day-to-day business needs. The retainer includes two daily check-ins through your personal Voxer channel, email, and CRM. It covers all of the admin needs in your business including but not limited to email and calendar management, sending proposals/invoices, managing follow-ups, sending galleries, ordering products, updating files and automations, and more.
