The Laura Lee Creative team will help you get your HoneyBook account fully optimized and automated with our full-service account set-up service. First, we will work with you to create a custom workflow for your service(s) that covers everything from first contact to testimonial request. Our 5-step workflow creation process will not only increase your efficiency but will also enhance your client experience. Once we've designed your custom workflow(s), we will implement the workflow directly into your account automation section. In addition to the workflow, we will provide expert guidance on how to create and implement all the templates that are found inside your workflow* (e.g. email templates, questionnaires, smart files, etc). We will also provide 1-on-1 training and post-implementation support so you can learn how to use all the tools in HoneyBook the right way (no more hours of help articles needed!)

Your workflow is just the start! In order to fully optimize and streamline your HoneyBook account, you need a well-designed Template Library with email templates, questionnaires, contracts, and more. Let us help you strategize, design, write (yes, we write everything for you!) and implement ALL of your workflow template elements so you can start using your HoneyBook account in an efficient and professional way.

First, you will meet with one of our Content Managers to strategize the templates needed for your business workflow. Then, you'll leave the hard work to us! We will create all of the content and designs for a fully fleshed out Template Library. Our team of copywriters and designers will write all the copy for your emails, design your questionnaire templates, format your contract, design your smart files (i.e. your pricing guides, welcome guides, etc.), and more! Then, best of all, we will implement everything into your account and send you support resources to ensure you know exactly how to use your new templates!  Our template design and implementation services are fully custom to you and your business and will save your DAYS, if not WEEKS on your HoneyBook account set-up.  Templates available: Emails, Questionnaires, Invoices, Brochures, Welcome Guides, Proposals, Smart Files

Looking for one-on-one support and strategy on how to design your business workflows and systems? In the last seven years, I've helped more than 300 creative entrepreneurs organize and streamline their businesses, saving them HOURS a week and helping them get back to doing more of what they love (yes, away from the computer).

This service includes pre-session homework and strategy mapping, a 2-hour call with Laura, a follow-up take action checklist, a 60-minute training video from Laura’s library of workflow resources, and email support to answer any questions that come up after your call. During your call with Laura, you will discuss and strategize how to streamline and optimize your business workflow so you can run your business better, cut your work time down DRASTICALLY, give your clients a better experience, make marketing easier, and find more freedom in your business.
