
Phase 4 - Support - CRM Training & Support
Now the fun part! On our last call, we will give you the grand tour of your new HoneyBook account - chock full of lots of helpful training & tips from our team! During your training call, you’ll be trained on how to USE your new templates & automations on new and existing projects. We’ll also go over other useful (and very important) tools in HoneyBook like your project pipeline, task manager, and calendar. And last but not least, we’ll train you on how to make changes to your account settings, automations, templates, scheduler & more. After this call, you’ll receive a project summary along with helpful resources and we’ll be available via email to support you with any questions that come up as you start to use your new systems.
