
Phase 1 - Structure - Kickoff & Workflow Design
To kick off your project, you’ll receive a questionnaire and educational resources all about workflows and your workflow experience! After over 7 years as both a business coach and a workflow and systems strategist, I’ve developed a 5 part system and the “elements” of a service-based workflow that will help you elevate your client experience, book more clients, work smarter not harder, automate more, save mental energy, and feel more confident as a business owner while you TAKE BACK your time and find more freedom and balance. We will go behind the scenes after your homework is complete to create any edits needed for your workflows. After our team has created your custom workflow(s), we will schedule your strategy call to go through each one of your workflows. On this call, we'll review all your service-based workflows, from inquiry to off-boarding for every one of your services, to get final approval before we jump into your CRM.
